Better deal than Nutrigrain bars
I dont know if this one has been posted but Kelloggs twists come with 100 mile AA coupons also.
I saw them at my local Walmart for $1.27. If you do all the math (donation and then miles for using your Citi-AA/Skymiles card) the cost comes down to $0.86/100 miles which is less than cent a mile. Obviously this does not beat the miles for $0 deal http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif |
It doesn't beat the $0 for miles deal, but that can't last forever. This isn't too bad a deal that you've mentioned. I've been looking in the LAX area, but the Nutrigrain bars haven't been on sale lately. That doesn't mean they won't be if we just wait a while.

My local K-Mart also had a coupon similar to the net $0 deal. Actually, to be precise, it was $1.50 off three boxes, and at $1.39 per box, i think you can understand what a deal this is.
(This is the Big K in scenic, beautiful Hadley, Massachusetts. All the Big Ks in the Greater Western Massachusetts and Connecticut Co-Prosperity Sphere should have similar deals. Don't look in Hadley until Tuesday, though, as someone looted it well before i got there, much less me scoring another 30 boxes. My cow-orkers love me, the Food Bank gets many of them, and you know, these things don't taste half bad.) |
Don't knock those granola bars to much....at least that what the hubby says; he likes the apple cinnamon ones so I don't complain I just keep buying them http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
