The rates seem pretty good...

the rates seem **** good..but I have never heard of them...

This travel shop appears to be an Australian outfit. Maybe, some of our Aussie members can shed some light on the reputation, etc.?

I used them during the Olympics, prices weren't that great then but the service was pretty good. They did reply to my emails promptly and they also "saved" me when I realized that my hotel reservation was a couple of nights short a week before leaving (hard to get a hotel last week of the Olympics)
