I wish my FT pages loaded as fast as SPG corrected problem.
Has anyone else notice slow FT loading this morning?

i just got that screen
but its only 500 points when you call and make a reservation
and they are awraded after you complete the stay

A word to the wise: MAKE SURE THAT THE PHONE RESERVATION REP ACKNOWLEDGES AND ANNOTATES IN WRITING in your reservation record that you are to receive a 500 point bonus. I made a res when the web site was down and a month or so later when I called to ask where my 500 pt bonus I was put thru the wringer by the SPG folks, "Where did you hear of this promotion?", "Who told you this?" "Do you have anything in writing?" "We've never heard of this promotion!" etc. I was finally given my 500 pts as a "goodwill" measure but was made to feel that they were doing me a favor and that I had pulled a fast one on them.

Get 250 free SPG points by filling out their survey instead
