I'm sorry for the confusion, that is what I meant. We usually refer to non PIN transactions as debit transactions, and PIN transactions as ATM ones, but you are 100 percent correct, if you have to put in a PIN then you hit the wrong key. You want it processed as a credit transaction (even though it's a Visa Debit card) to get the clickreward miles.

You can also do things like have all your bills paid as a visa transaction (not through bill paying), or in my town let your taxes go one day late so you can pay them with a credit card (can't pay current taxes with a credit card, they have to be delinquent, and one day doesn't generate much interest due in comparison to the miles you can get) to get more miles.

Why don't you just go to the grocery store and buy a $0.59 pack of gum and get $100 cashback? The transaction shows up as a $100.59 purchase and would count as one towards miles.

No, only purchases made using the credit card portion of Compubank's card count for miles. Can't use the credit key and still get cash back.

You can't get cash back in the store for a credit card purchase, only for an ATM transaction. Wish we had stores that will give you back $100, most are set to $50.

On the Continental Debit Card, as is being discussed in this thread, purchases are counted towards miles.

I just went to Sam's today and the highest cashback I could get was $100. I spent $45 on goods and $100 on cashback.

If I had the Continental card, I would have received the points as if I had spent $145 when I actually only spent $45.
