Buying CHarter One cards at a branch Question
 

There is a branch in White Plains, NY, relatively close by.

Can I buy the CO gift cards in person at a branch? I did a search on this thread and so a few posts where people said no, it was coded as a cash advance if you did it at a branch.

Is this true?

the branch here in my city you can only purchase them as a Cash Advance.
because I had the same thought as you if I could go and buy them and not have to wait for them it would be perfect.
