Does anybody know if there's a research about frequent flyer programs.
I'm interested in what long haul frequent flyers find the most important about their program.
Is it the upgrade, the free ticket or is it something completely different.

'Business Traveller' conducts and publishers there findings each year.

They catergorise by Country. It is interesting to see what different nationalities consider important.
