500 Gold Points for Radisson Email Update
 

I received a targeted mailing gives me a 500 Gold Points bonus just for updating my profile email address. I don't know if this will work for others, but it may be worth a try if you are interested in Radisson (TGIF) Gold Points. Has anyone tried this? Did it work without the email invite? I'd like to post this on Mileage Workshop if it is a good freebie but since I'm not a Raddison member, I can't check it out for myself...

I just tried this bonus offer this morning, without receiving any mailing, and it worked - I got the 500 Gold Points bonus. Website says that the bonus can be earned once every three months.

Does anyone know if there is an additional Goldpoints bonus for signing up on the Radisson web site? I have a Goldpoints card used at Fridays very often, but have not registered with Radisson.

P.S. I have found that the most efficient use of my Goldpoints is the appetizer award at Fridays if you use it for an appetizer close to the $8 max value like I do (love those chicken quesadillas), will cost you 1250 GP for an $8 value.
