How come nobody has mentioned having a few screaming toddlers nearby???
|
Because everything else mentioned is (at some point) within the control of the airline!
Your comment about toddlers just shows what an idiot or snob you are (depending on your knowledge of early childhood). |
Oouch! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/eek.gif
Can you imagine what it'd be like without Congressional members typically having two homes and also having to fly quite a bit? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif I'm personally grateful that they do! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif |
I forgot to mention the screaming toddlers because it's so loud in here... from the screaming toddlers... I couldn't think straight! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
I also think they should have to fly on a priceline ticket... and request changes... |
HELLO ..... 20 posts on this topic so far and no-one has mentioned making the brass eat the FOOOOOD! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif |
Dear Ozstamps:
See six posts above yours for another installment of cigarman's obsession with tricolor pasta on Continental. Sincerely, Kitty Hawk (who got offered STEAK last week! heeheehee) |
Kitty Hawk .. got it! Actually you had me worried .. went to 5 posts above my last in error, and did not like the culinary idea of what I saw there!
Pasta ... LUXXXURY. Jim Goodwin UA should dine on the sole menu of Ptrrezzels in First on a 2 hours SH!TTLE flight! ------------------ ~ Glen ~ |
What, give up Employee Class (on UA)?? This whole thread sounded plausible until you suggested that! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Make them carry on a lot of bags and board late so they have to gate check them!! Also, be sure the person in front reclines all the way.

I wonder if Herb ever joins the cattle call at SWA when he flys (if he flys Southwest at all)?
I hope Herb has to watch a third of the plane "pre-board" in front of him (i.e., anyone who is, or is traveling with, someone under age 21 or over 55). |
Sorry for wasting bandwidth but...
My early childhood taught me that if you can't say something nice about someone, then you don't say it. [This message has been edited by KIR@GCM (edited 09-16-2000).] |
Indeed - CEOs should have to see the sort of madness that ordinary passengers have to put up with, intolerable waits, being sent from queue to queue to deal with excess baggage payments, having to stand for an hour because there is not enough seating at the gate, or getting bumped from the flight altogether. I would like Robert Milton to try to book a ticket on his own airline (Air Canada) and to do so by calling his own (regular) reservations line. Then maybe he will begin to understand why the value of AC shares increased substantially when HM Government passed legislation threatening to send him to gaol for 5 years if he made things any worse (true story).
By the way, the Chief Executive of Go is female, and an American. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif (although i guess it is not a "major" carrier) |
