Which FF programs have bonus packs?
 

I would like to apologize if this topic has already been covered, but I was unable to find anything by searching the site.

My question is what airlines offer bonus packs such as the Continental Prestige Pack and Delta's Plus Pack? Are those the only two airlines that offer packages that include bonus miles and space available upgrades for a reasonable price?

Similar to the Prestige Pack from Continental, it offers (4) space available upgrades and 5,000 bonus miles for $59.95. There are also other offers included in the pack such as ticket discounts and rental car offers.

From what I understand, it is a targeted mailing for new SkyMiles members after their first flight. That is how I got mine. I do not know of any promotion code or anything like that. I tried to pay for it over the phone and they told me that I had to mail in the application. Maybe you can request one.
