Seats available? Is there a web site?

Is there a web site where you can see if there are seats available in the different booking-classes ( F,H,B,M,V,Q....)like the travel agents can when they go into the sabre or amadeus system?

UA's online reservation system provides this info (and I am sure many others too).

WWW.BIZTRAVEL.COM has a pretty extensive on-line reservation system with access to all airlines. I've haven't purchased from them yet, so no opinion, but the itineraries come back with fare class listed.

Also, a friend of mine swears by the Prodigy on-line booking system. I've not seen it, but it sounds a lot like a consumer Sabre system.

also hier das UA-Beispiel:

- shortcuts
- reservations
- creating a new account

Thank you everybody!!!
Vielen Dank !!!
But the systems you quoted are still not as specific and easy as the sabre etc.

EasySabre has a web site, wwww.easysabre.com

Rudi Nov 6, 1998 12:06 pm

If you just copy pgupta011's info on the sabre-website (thank you) leave the 4th w (wwwww) away - it is obvious, but the copy-technique did just "beat" me.

pgupta011 Nov 6, 1998 1:41 pm

Oops, thank you Rudi. I should have just written easysabre.com which most browsers accept these days.
