I'm sure I was not the only FlyerTalker to send Greenpoints an email after they raised the cost of the airline certificates. This is just another example of how valuable this forum can be.

I *just* had my initial 500 miles at AA (from greenpoints) posted this week, following mailing in the certificate about 3 months ago. This is a long route, but typical, I'm afraid. See the lengthy messages about the Kellogg's promotion. You get the same type of certs.
