ETradeBank - points to deposit??
 

ETradeBank has been advertising a good CD rate. Anyone know anything about them? Have not seen any offer of airline points like they offer for stock accounts. They claim to belong to FDIC and be the largest online only bank. Thanks.

I have an account with them (formerly telebank which E-trade group bought out). So far no problems at all and easy to transfer money back and forth between brokerage and bank. Decent rates and 4 free atm transactions p/m.

What about airline points to deposit money? They are offering 25K to 50K points for the brokerage arm. I get these offers almost daily. Have not seen anything about the bank, however.
