Wonder what is the rush for KLM to pullout of LP so fast ?

If this is true,the value of LP miles has dropped .

Is this another LP surprise to limit the cost of the LP 1,000,000 mile bonus promo ?

If this all there is ,the mile cost equation for the LP is becoming unattractive.

Thanks for the imfo since im based in Europe i was gonna do it for use on KLM since TW is worthless, now theres no reason to go waste the time and money.

Thanks dgolds. Now I'm not sorry for having missed the Latin Pass Mile-ionnaire boat. KLM was the major incentive for me to even consider the promotion.

KLM pulling out isn't a deal breaker for me, but it does give me pause for thought....What next with LatinPass?

Well, it is April 2, but I'd like to add my $0.02 anyway if I may.

I'm leaving on April 16 for a two-week trip to Guatamala, Ecuador, and Colombia. This is much more than a mileage run for me, I actually want to see and experience some of these countries, which I think is part of the whole point of the promomotion.

Notwithstanding the dubious claims above, you could take out KLM, US, TWA, and I'd still be satisfied with the 500k LatinPass miles I'll earn. Gateways from most major US cities to virtually everywhere in Latin America as well as London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Madrid.

Also can transfer some or all of the miles to HHonors.

No sir, not a bad deal at all for the $1300 I'm spending!

I spoke with LatinPass this morning, this was just an bad APRIL FOOLS joke by -- Dgolds---.

I also spoke with LP today and they never heard of KLM leaving.dgolds I do hope it wasnt an April fools joke please explain as I went ahead and cancelled res that were made and had to suffer some losses($$$) besides getting a number of people who worked on my routing for some time annoyed that i went and cancelled it all out. Its not something to make a joke about I do hope that you can enlightened us to where you came about the press release from.
