I registered via phone since the website would not accept my Safeway card number. Today, I received an attractive 26 page booklet explaining the program in detail.

One offering of the program is the ability to track your points at their website. However, I can't seem to find this at the site. Am I bgoing blind or is it simply not there?

For some reason they still haven't apparently listed this info online! Maybe it's "targeted" or something goofy like that! Yet that seems like a longshot!

I tried calling the coke rewards number several times last week during business hours and each time I was given a message to call back during business hours. I'm not impressed. http://talk.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

What is the number? I cannot find it on the web site. The site would not take my Tom Thumb reward card.

It would not take my Ralphs card number...

Couldn't enter my Waldbaums card number on the web or the automated phone system. Service rep took all info and said she will mail welcome package.

I got through yesterday. After entering all my info via machine prompting, a rep came on and took more info. She said it'll take 2 weeks to get me signed up and no credit for purchases until then.
I'm in Colorado (Denver) and they only take Safeway for my zip code.

I've had no problems. Call 1-800-964-9000. They can set up your account over the phone. It does take awhile before the account is accessible on line thought. I think I waited about two or three weeks before I could access mine. I did however get all my reward points once it became available. The web address is: http://www.dietcokerewards.com

I called on August 4th, and to date my account has not been set up. Has anyone else experienced such delays ?

My registration took about 2 weeks exactly. Then I checked the web site like I was re-registering and it said "welcome back!" and told me I was registered. I still haven't gotten stuff in the mail yet though (been about 3 weeks now.

Today I recieved my 6700 points for the cruise. I bought the diet coke on sunday and it's now thursday, so it only took 4 days! Pretty good!

Schutzee.....call back. Something is wrong if it's been that long.

Hey Aflyer.... I just have to ask, how much Diet Coke did you buy & what in the world did you do with it all?

I thought about buying a carload full of diet coke, but the cans seem to expire 2-3 months after purchase. So I buy about 20 12 packs every 3 months.

According to the rep I spoke with today, this promotion will NOT expire at the end of the year. She did emphasize that Coke has the right to cancel it at any time.

Call for yourself if you have a lot of points as I don't want to be responsible for you losing a ton of points on 1/1/00.

Although the program may not expire on 12/31/99, I believe the guide book states that the Delta miles awards (10K and 25K) expire on April 1, 2000. If no more miles are available, it is bye, bye Diet Coke!

I redeemed my diet coke rewards today. Went for the 25K miles of course. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif They told me that this promo does not currently have any expiration date.

I've been left in the dark by DIETCOKE REWARDS. Lucky's Supermarket has been changed to Albertson's due to the merger. I don't have enough points to redeem and now told to shop for another grocery store. (Albertson's does not participate in the program)!

Miles Man.....I was told by the Diet Coke rep that you can combine your diet coke accounts but it's only available for a short time & only once a year. You might want to give them a call (1-800-964-9000) to get all the details.

Miles Nut, yes they did combine my account, thank you! Also the Delta promotion had been extended till April 2002!!!
