yes, i've bought several tickets through lowestfare.com in the past couple of years. the fare you pay will be at least 17% less than the lowest-published twa fare (all flights are on twa), and may be 20% off if you opt for the e-ticket. only caveat is that you cannot make st.louis your departure or destination airport.
the company was formed to allow twa's ex-ceo (carl ichan) to recoup a $200 million loan he made to twa in their lean years. it's definitely a reputable company and has saved me thousands of $$$ in the past.
