Both DL and CO announced new RJ service at LGA today. (DL +5 now and CO +22 in the future) Lots of SE cities but CO is going into JetBlue cities first.

This is the end result of the activity by the pilot group at US Airways to block the company's ability to use RJ equipment both defensively, and on routes which won't support full jet service. You don't protect your end zone, and the other guy scores on you.
