Double mile HC forms here again....
 

Has anyone heard about double mile Healthy Choice frequent flier forms surfacing again? I read about them for use at Publix markets?

I have no idea where Publix is, but I understand the forms are good until 10/31.
Has anyone found these?

sggolf: Publix is a Florida-based grocery store chain. I believe they're out of Lakeland, which is not too far from Tampa. I spent many happy hours sitting, legs hanging out, in the kid's seat of a Publix shopping cart with my Mom when I was a tyke.

Classic Florida advertisement: "Publix: where shopping is a pleasure."

I've been saving all of my HC upc's since the last double promo for just such an occasion!! David, looks like a mission for dear 'ol mom... if she comes through, I'll have to have a cheesesteak flash frozen and Fedex'd down to her... please put me on the list for one of the certs if they do infact exist.

My mother said to tell all you loonies that you're absolutely nuts, but she will look for them if you remind me a week from Tuesday, when she comes back from vacation.

I live in Sarasota Florida and have been to three Publix Grocery Stores looking for form. I will keep you all informed and if I find them I will "grab" a pad so we can all share.

I haven't seen a form yet, but from what I'm told the forms are good only for use with receipts from Publix markets.

Progress Report:

After checking in the stores and not finding forms I called one of the manager. He had not heard anything about this promotion. He did call the regional office and they also had not heard anything. So, in nutshell, it does not appear that the forms are available in this general area. Tampa would also be included in this same region.

I also called ConAgra. They are saying that there is a form for Publix but that is the only place you can get it.

Another followup:

My Publix manager called me back again this morning and that he had gotten another answer on the Healthy Choice coupon. He told me that Healthy Choice (ConAgra) never sent any Publix stores any coupons.

Perhaps another grocery store got theirs and we will just have to be on the lookout.

I called Healthy Choice. The offer started August 1st. It's being offered at participating Publix stores (not every Publix is participating). It's only on frozen foods & the forms are only available at Publix. As of now they have no knowledge of any other stores making this offer in the future. http://talk.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

Sggolf....are they good for only Publix purchases only?

The form states Publix receipts, but an email to ConAgra stated that as long as the form is not expired, I could use it. And I stated explicitly for use with non-Publix receipts.

"Thank you for your interest in our recent promotion. Yes you can use this double mile certificate. Thanks for using our web site."

I just got all 14 (500) mile Delta Certificates from Healthy Choice. - This was in response to my reciepts sent w/ DOUBLER CERTIFICATE (expired Oct. 31) - I had no luck in finding a DOUBLER PUBLIX Certificate - sent in a "SCANNED" copy that was sent me - Took a chance that they would honor the "copy" and THEY DID! HOORAY! Now, waiting for my American Certificates, sent (after DOUBLE promotion) (Spoiled to get only 500 mi for 10 receipts)......All in all I will have eraned 20,000 miles from this promotion (the first DOUBLE promotion included) - and I ate it ALL ---sort of got used to the frozen pizza, not bad, if you add your ownstuff a-top! What we won't do for miles!

Come to think of it, I haven't received certificates from my last mailing in the 2nd week of December. Anyone else still waiting for that last one?

I haven't received either...sent in mid-December.

I'm waiting as well. I had emailed ConAgra about a week ago, asking what the wait is, and they said their completely out of all certs, and to allow at least twelve weeks for receipt of the certs...

Sent 530 UPC's on October 29th under the Publix double miles offer. Requested 100 Delta certs(50,000 miles)and 6 Northwest (3,000 miles)

The somewhat good news: FINALLy received the 6 Northwest coupons earlier this week

The irksome news: still no sign of the Delta coupons.

Add me to the waiting list--I mailed my last ones around the 27th of December.

I'm on the waiting list too. 40 UPC's mailed the 3rd week in December. Waiting for AA mileage. I have a feeling it's going to be a long wait, but I do think they'll make good on their offer. How many envelopes do you think were sent in just in time to beat the Dec. 31st deadline? Ten trillion? Twenty trillion?
