Don't think anyone posted this yet.

1) Make sure your member key is active
2) go to http://www.bestdegree.com/
3) Request "more information" (on left hand side)
4) Fill out and submit form.
5) Get a link for that lovely blue page that will give you 175 Mypoints! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Quicker than taking candy from a baby. Thanks for the tip if they ever give the 5000 pts they owe me and a few more of these I can finally rid myself of them. Its a good deal I just don't like that you earn the pts and then have to go begging in the meanwhile they get paid and the site you went to gets a hit only I'm the one OUT. When I get to 20,000 I'm gone.

Craz.... I have discovered that if I call the company that made the offer rather than MyPoints my points usually show up in my account the next day.

Tried for the 175 points. When I clicked the "MyPoints Members, click here...." - no blue screen. Instead:
Sorry. The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it. Please inform the site administrator of the referring page.

Anyone else?

Yup, I had the same problem this morning too.

Didn't work for me either at 3:00 CST.

A side note about MyPoints customer service. I've heard all the horror stories, and I don't want to jinx myself, but all but one of my transactions have posted promptly.

For the one that didn't, i received a return (personal) email from MyPoints the same day saying they would look into the problem. The next day I got an apology notice. The next day my points were posted.

how do you check to see if your member key is active?

To assure active key, check to see your name appears:

click member services
click member key
enter name and password

That's it!
