Never mind...found it on the individual airlines' shopping portals as a Memorial Day sale. United offering 650, Alaska 900; I assume the others have it also.

Current offer for UA appears to be 500 iles, $1 per month for first two months, miles to post in 45 days. Digital access.
OK, so even though AA and UA use the same company to operate the shopping site, UA's shopping site is proactive and sends you confirmations of the miles earned.. When I've purchased subs on AA's site, I've had to chase them for the miles, i.e. Econmist's 7400, Barron's 1200, etc. Fewer miles when you buy this on UA's shopping site, but less hassle.
