Question on redeem Universal Orlando Tickets purchased,
I have purchased Universal Orlando Two 3-Day Tickets, As stated on the confirmation, “Upon purchase, you will be given the name of a Universal representative whom you will be responsible for contacting to coordinate your park admission. Tickets will be set-up for pick-up at the entrance of any Universal theme park on your requested admission date”.
I’ve never received the email for representative, has anyone experienced or know how to redeeming the tickets?
