Quick Codeshare Guide
 

For variety and convenience, sometimes it is nice to take a codeshare instead of the regular airline (I am particularly talking of US airlines, but the situation follows for any.

Can we compile an accurate list of what airlines do for codeshares below
--status miles
--minimum miles
--bonus miles
--upgrade certificates

I am fairly sure of my info for UA and DL:

UA
you get status miles
you get minimum miles
you DON'T get bonus miles
you CAN'T use upgrade certificates

DL
you get status miles
you get minimum miles
you get bonus miles
you can use upgrade certificates

Any corrections? How about all the other airlines out there...

Although of course it is harder to use upgrades on code-share flights - those with DL systemwides will know this.
