Miles for online streaming/digital rentals?

Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out how to maximize points earning for watching films/television online. I do have Netflix and Hulu, which I know don't offer any kind of cashback (except the occasional Amex offer). However, I also sometimes rent or buy movies from Amazon, Google Play, etc and I'm wondering if there's a way to maximize points earnings for that. Is there a way to purchase gift cards I can use for movie rentals, perhaps, through a portal? Or are there cashback portals I don't know about?

Thanks in advance.

You can purchase giftcards at an office supply store using a Chase Ink Bold, Plus or Cash card which earns 5 Ultimate Rewards points per dollar.

There's miles for Dish or DirecTV. They both have on demand services for watching movies included. Would that fit what you are looking for? In other words, smallest plan to earn miles with the streaming included.

Thanks. I'm not particularly interested in a streaming service - I'm looking more at just a way to purchase the things I want to watch directly and maximize miles. I don't have the chase ink card, but I'm thinking I can maybe try to net some miles and discounts by buying Amazon and Google Play giftcards on gift card websites such as raise.
