MyPoints IPO
Did anybody get the MyPoints stock as an IPO or bought it at all?
I saw last week that the stock was $57 a share on CNBC. MyPoints has also been purchasing advertising space in 'The Industry Standard'-- an internet magazine for industry professionals-- advertising their service. It seems like their is a fair share of negative complaints about them but the share price on Wall Street doesn't reflect it. I also saw a very positive story on CNBC's 'Business Center' about 'NetCentives'. |
Netcentives is the parent company of the famous ClickRewards.

This stock was trading around the $12-$16 mark at the beginning of November, surged to about $90.00 during December before falling back to it's Friday close of 65 1/8, up $3.12 from the previous day. I believe the IPO was around $15.00, not a bad return if you were fortunate enough to have purchased some.

The MyPpoints IPO was actually $8/share.
NCNT, CGLD, and IWIN are other companies in this online targeted marketing and loyalty program sector. |
