Spirit giving out easy 1,000 miles (lottery-mania tie-in promo)
Link to page
They say it'll post in 14 days. About as easy as it gets if you already have an account, and they also want to use it to sign up new ones. Even if you don't fly, you could use it on something like magazines. Spirit has a pretty aggressive expiration policy for non cardholders, so if you're in that situation it's best to burn as soon as you can. |
Very cool, thanks!

They had some type of similar program a couple of years ago where I earned 5,000 miles. Iirc, they expired/I lost them in about 12 days (OK, maybe 6-12 months, but very quickly). And given their methods of operations, I'd never fly them. I'm sorry I gave them my email/address to sell.
|
Thank you.
|
I would never fly Spirit either but I'll gladly take their miles to keep my recycling bin full of fresh magazines. And I did enjoy the Bare Fare striptease promo last year.
|
thanks!

Thanks.. I wonder if I can sell my Spirit miles.

Thank you Rusty. Any idea if the addition of these miles would constitute activity to keep existing miles from expiring?
|
Has anyone ever redeemed spirit miles successfully?

Looks like mine posted Tuesday, 12 days after submitting.
Maybe the 14-day stated time it took to post was a clue that they didn't intend to leave the offer up very long. If memory serves, previous mile giveaways from them also didn't stay up long. |
