Did any of you guys get the previously announced 45,000 extra rewards points through tweets this year?

It sucks that the tweet did not show up for me yesterday. I thought they bailed! Never thought to search for the hashtag, as I usually go straight to their page. Oh well, great promo, and I only missed a couple of weeks.

Been doing fweets for over 2 years and I still haven’t reached 45,000.

Probably half of that.

I still haven't gotten anything from answering last weeks trivia correctly. I tweeted them and they asked me for my account number but never posted anything after I gave it to them. Maybe they went on break.

I have asked the Marriott Rewards customer service in a tweet about the #rewardspoints hashtag promo, and about the T&C that states that up to 45.000 points can be earner through this promo in a calendar year. I am receiving quite unfriendly replies...

We won't, unless they create more promotions. There's nothing in the terms (that I read) which said that 45,000 points' worth of opportunities will be offered. Just that you can't earn more than that many during the year. Could just be an arbitrary cap to keep someone from earning too much if they figure out a way to game the promotion.
