Using the twitter app, look for the envelope icon and tap that then tap the envelope with a plus sign. Then use at MarriottRewards for the address.

My points never posted. No response through two outreach attempts by me through Twitter but a message to Marriott Rewards via Facebook worked. I got a sincere apology and the points posted a few moments ago.

Thanks for your advice MA on contacting them via FB. Not sure if it was a coincidence but I received a reply on Twitter today apologising and credited the missing 1000 points, I did make contact via FB earlier today.

I dm'd marriott AGAIN and this time they responded saying the points should be in my account. They aren't, so I had to reply to marriott again.
