Over on Twitter in the last few mins are a number of confirmation tweets to the NFL promo from last night, when I clicked on an account name it showed the tweet was made 17h ago so looks like they are finally catching up with last night's disaster.

Clearly, lots of people myself included have NOT received their points.
I have sent x2 DM's now and still nothing.
