the promotion is typically from 1 PM - 8 PM EST. So that would be 2 AM - 9 AM local Hongkong time.

I happen to be surfing online right at 1pm today so I'll be curious to see how long it takes for the points to post. In weeks past, I usually get around to the task around 5pm and then check the next morning to confirm the points posted.
