I can verify all of that. You get 25 points for the first tweet, but if you tweet again immediately, you just get the 'thanks for your post but you need to sign up' message. You have to wait to do your second one.

Yup. I am retweeting only those with photos, #stayDC and #mrpoints.

Sometimes I don't get notifications but I do get the points, so bear that in mind if @marriottrewards doesn't reply to your tweet.

Not yet. They keep posting that it will take 4 weeks. Time will tell.

I am glad the staydc hashtag is back though. Currently at 75 points with 50 to go.

When I retweet, I retweet without adding text of my own. I've never tried it so I don't know if it works.

That screenshot doesn't show @MarriottRewards anywhere in the tweet. If it wasn't included, it probably didn't go where it needed to go to get points.

Including @MarriottRewards in a tweet is unnecessary. I don't use it. You just need to have registered with Chirpify, which picks up on the #StayDC tag (and possibly #MRPoints and a photo) and credits your points.
