Definitely only seems to only work again after 24 hrs for me, I also noticed they are counting towards lifetime points.

When was the last time you received 50pts?
Can someone confirm that they've gotten several pts per day? It seems to me that it has changed to just daily/24hr period.

For me, it's always 50 per 22 to 24 hours regardless of how many times I tweet/retweet.

I had three on the first day, two on 18th, and two on 22nd. Other days I've only had one, or I have forgotten to tweet at all.
