You need both #50to50 and #MRpoints and to have registered at Chirpify, if you haven't done those?

Chris said earlier you didn't need one, though perhaps they changed it. I retweeted with a pic. Will check tomorrow with and without.

It seems rather random. I tweeted it without a pic, and didn't get the points, then I retweeted someone else, also without a pic, after which, I did get the points.
