More.Com Points From Mypoints????
 

Has anyone had any luck in receiving their points for more.com purchases? I am owed 11,500 points for 23 purchases, which will push me over the 20,000 point (25K mile) level.

And I swear if I didn't sound paranoid, I'd say mypoints is intentionally ignoring my email pleas for the point credit because they don't want to give them to me.

I made one purchase at more.com. When after e-mailing both mypoints and more.com and not getting any satisfaction, I decided to buy nothing more from more. If you or anyone gets any points from more.com. To change a architectural axiom: more is less.

I received points for 3 of 4 of my more.com purchases.

Had to email them a couple times and then they posted 1500 Mypoints into my account about 2 weeks later.

MyPoints can keep their points - they stink! I did eventually get all my More.com points. I had to call MyPoints in CA. I went over every single More.com order number with them. Then the rep had to post 500 points per day, as their system would not allow more than that. She was out sick a few days and I had to call to remind her (the sticky must have gotten lost on her desk). They are running a circus there, I have yet to receive my vacation miles awards which I redeemed 10/2.

I had 8 or 9 more.com purchases which never posted. After waiting quite a while, I sent maybe 3 series of emails over about a month, but finally got all the points I was supposed to, and actually an extra 500. (They must've gotten confused with all the emails I'd sent them. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif) I certainly wasn't about to complain about the extra points!

I think I may have missed this altogether. Are they still awarding these points. I couldn't find them on the My Points site. I guess I should assume this promo is over?

keithnj973 will you please post the number you used to actually talk to a real live person at mypoints????
