Log into your account and you should see the offer and link on the homepage. Offer expires December 15, 2014. ^

SPG® MORE FOR YOU PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration: SPG Members must register online at spg.com/moreforyou by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 30, 2014. Registered members can earn bonus Starpoints® for every eligible stay between September 15, 2014, and December 15, 2014 (the "promotion period"), at participating Starwood hotels and resorts. A list of nonparticipating hotels and resorts can be found at spg.com/moreforyou and is subject to change.
My Stay Preferences bonus: Registered members are eligible to receive 500 bonus Starpoints when updating the members spg.com profile online between October 15, 2014 and December 15, 2014. Updates made prior to registration are eligible, but only if the update falls within October 15 to December 15, 2014. The bonus will post to the registered member's account 2-4 weeks after the end of the promotion period. All members who are registered for the More For You promotion are eligible for the My Stay Preferences bonus regardless of whether they have an eligible booking in the promotion.

When I updated my profile, I received an email confirming the change. Still no points, and I am registered for the promo of which this is a minor part. If I don't see the points in a few weeks, I'll make some minor change to my profile again so that I don't risk missing all those 500 points. (I didn't get the recent targeted offer.)

It's still too early to see those 500 points! According to the terms, the 500 bonus pts will be posted 2-4 weeks from December 15th when the promo ends, if the updates to your profile fall within the timeframe (aka b/w October 15 and December 15, 2014).

So if you are eligible but don't get the pts by say mid-January, 2015, there's definitely something wrong.

Received my points today as well. I think I did the update on the first day the promo was available.

I signed up myself, my dad and wife for the 500 point bonus and made changes to all 3 profiles.

I got an email saying I registered all 3 accounts but only my dads sent an email saying I made profile changes.

I made changes to the other accounts again and still no email.

Just a guess, but have you tried clearing your cookies?
