Talk City Points
 

I am a member of My Points and Talk City. Recently, I have been trying to answer the surveys on Talk City, but instead of the 10 point congratulations message, I receive the sorry you can only earn this once per seven day period message. It has been more than two weeks since I have answered the surveys, and I still receive this message. Although the screen still says Congratulations at the top it also has the sorry message in the body. Does anybody else have this problem and am I receiving my points?

Check your account statement at MyPoints to see if you are getting your points. If not e-mail them about it & good luck.

I am having the same problem with weekly visits to other sites (dr. Koop, etc.), and so is my husband. It looks like we have a new Mypoints problem on our hands (as if there weren't enough...)
I just sent off an email, but, given other people's experiences with their customer service, I'm not holding my breath.
