https://subscriptions.economist.com/...eriaPlus/trpl/ is the link for 12,000
I love the Economist but I can't see spending the kind of prices they ask.

Nice, I'm getting CAD $155 (+ GST in ON = 175) for 8000 Avios. App. 2.1 cents CAD per mile. In USD that is about 1.8ish cents.
I'd do it in a heartbeat if I was actually interested in paying for The Economist. For me though this is the equivalent of just buying miles.
Good for short haul flight from say, YYZ-ORD or YYZ-LGA or YYZ-PHL, which goes for about 250-350 CAD which can usually be booked with decent availability for 9000 Avios + $56 RT. Realistically you are breaking even.

click through and select country as Canada if it is showing you in a different currency.

I've signed up to the Lufthansa / Economist promotion about 1y ago. I kept the subscription but didn't renew it. Does anyone know if I can re-sign again using the Iberia promotion or any of the other Economist miles promo?
Thanks
Thanks

Bruno, I think you can. I am not 100% certain, but if I recall, I remember others doing so successfully.

Latest economist offer with Avios
Anyone experiencing delays in the credit of the Avios for the latest promotion?
I bought mine in March and it has been more than 6 weeks now with nothing posted.
I wrote to them and now they say it will take 8 weeks??
