Just finished clarifying that:
You must call in to get both the 30-days free and the 5000 miles. The web-site only gives the miles option.
ANY major airline.
5000 mile certificate will be issued ONLY after 120 days of service, paid or free.
They use the Netscape platform so if you don't like Communicator you've got a problem.
I'm going to give it a shot because even at $19.95 X 3, the miles will only cost .01197 cents, and they've got phone numbers everyplace I travel.

Well, I signed up a couple of days ago.
I'm using Microsoft Internet Explorer and it works fine.
Also, I signed up on the internet for free miles + free month.
When I called them for additional info, I was informed that the miles were only for United.

Has anyone gotten the FF miles yet? It has been about a month since I signed up. When I called in about miles I was told that FF miles certificate is mailed out after 180 days after the sign up!
I'm not too satisfied with its connection speed and I was going to switch as soon as I get the miles. Looks like I have to stick with it for next 5 months.
P.S. Am I a sucker for FF miles or what?
