Same old nonsense--Cartera wrote me to tell me that my computer was "hijacked" (Cartera's term) so even though I thought I was using the AA Shopping Portal, Cartera contends that this hijacking means that I cannot be credited with the miles.
...so I called the merchant and told them that Cartera has, in writing, impugned the integrity of the merchant's secure payment system. I believe the merchant plans to, shall we say, aggressively pursue the matter with Cartera.
