The ultimate guide for the frequent flyer

This is a small guide I post in another latin aviation forum. Now I want to share it here.

So yo think yo know it all? are you ready for one little secret?

Would yo like to fly in any route and get those miles multiply per 2 or 3?
How is this posible? the answer is: CLONING

1. The trick is to choose one or two Alliances and pick 2 or 3 "Sister" arilines, for example: you fly with AA, and you have AADVANTAGE, now, go and get LANPASS of LAN an use it as sister.

2. Donīt give your flyer number at counter, save your boarding passes for later hehe, at your home go to website of AA and put your miles online, you miles will be rearded, bingo! now, you go to LAN and ask for milleage acumulation, in their website you can put your AA miles online or by sending an e-mail with a scan of your boarding passes.

3. SHAZAM! the miles of the same trip will be at AA (ADVANTAGE) AND LAN (LANPASS) It works also with Asiatic or European Airlines and with all Alliances:

ONEWORLD
AA*
LAN*
CATHAY*
MALAYSIA*

STAR
UNITED/COPA*
AVIANCA*
ASIANA*
LUFTHANSA*

SKY
DELTA*
AEROMEXICO*

YOU COULD HAVE 2 OR MORE FREE TICKETS WITH LOTS OF AIRLINES, THE CLONING SYSTEM IS GREAT!:D

The ultiimate guide for the frequent flyer

Aside from this likely violating the T&Cs of most or all FFPs, flying without your FF# attached also means not being able to use any status benefits during that trip.

Yes, OP, this is sure to work flawlessly.

Have fun.

There are sytems in place to prevent this usually...and fraud departments tasked with sniffing out those who abuse the system repeatedly.

It wouldn't be worth it to risk one's frequent flyer account with mileage/status just to double their miles and sacrifice their status as mentioned above...

FlyerTalk has been around... how long? Why hasn't anyone figured this trick out before?!?

I can't imagine that this would work very often before being caught. But then again, what do I know?

This idea was discussed at least as far back as 2003:
