Stayed at a HI a couple of weeks ago, had a coupon for 1k PC points for watching a vid

Just tried it. It showed my "current balance" at the end; 1,000 new points hadn't been added.

It is not instant. It may take a couple weeks, IF it happens. The code provided by the OP (thanks!) may be a one-time use. I just used it and watched the video. The neat thing is it shows the 80K offer after the video is done. I know the 80K offer http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/credi...lect-visa.html is still alive but here is another option where you actually see the 80K mentioned. Take a screen shot before you apply!

The special code is only good for a single use; one and done. You can watch the video 1000 times, it won't matter.

Didn't work for me .... using Google browser, it's flashed "Loading video ...." but then no video was shown .... bummer!

possibly ... but I got the 1k visa video promo a while ago.. used the code, and nothing.

It may never show up and I don't know if you can double dip if you previously got the 1k

also, the paper doesn't mention any restrictions or waiting period for the points, just some disclosures on the CC

Wait for it to load! I let my load for 10-15 minutes and it eventually loaded up.
