Received a letter through the mail from MBNA saying that the fees (such as the cash advance fee) will drop from $7.50 to $0 and the APR interest rate will increase by 10%.

What's up with that?

Up to means nothing. So I don’t expect more than 100. Anyway it would take at least 5K for me to accept their conditions.

When booking an AE Reward, if taxes / fees paid with a Scotia Visa Passport Infinite, are the insurance benefits valid?
I read the policy and it mentions something about "75% of the cost" of the ticket so not sure how that applies / fits with reward tickets...
