What is the best way to use miles to fly from San Francisco to Pakistan?
I have a lot of miles from churning. I have about 100k citi thank you points; 150k am ex points; 150K chase ultimate rewards. 120K british airways; 50K delta; 50k American Airlines; 50K US airways; 110K southwest; 50K United.
Now I need to know the cheapest way to spend these to get to Pakistan. A guy like me flies only coach. I am cheap.

Whatever the answer it isn't a mileage run deal. Just log in to the various airline program websites and do a search to see what is available then pick the option that seems the best. Transfer points as needed to get the flights you want.

Ho olmerts,
Welcome to FlyerTalk!
You posted your question in the wrong forum. Mileage Run Deals is ONLY for sharing/posting fare deals that 'earn' you miles and status.
Since your question is purely about redemption ('burn') of accumulated miles, I moved your question to MilesBuzz.
You might want to research redemption rates on airlines flying from your location, to Pakistan, through searching each of the airline forums on FlyerTalk. I don't know the absolute cheapest way, but you might find info in the airlines forums or alliances forums.

A MR, or mileage run, is a trip to nowhere..... Well, not exactly. It is a flight you take to earn miles. Typically elite miles to earn/maintain status. Say there is a great fare from point A to point B. You really have no intrest in going to point B, but you hop on the plane, fly to B, and without leaving the airport you get on the very next flight out. That is a MR. To folks who fly a lot it may be worthwhile.
No if I may point out where you went wrong with your first post. FTers are the most helpful folks around, if you demonstrate you have made some effort to anwer your own question first. Your first post just said I have a bunch of miles/ponts, get me to Pakistan. That approach rarely gets useful advice. Show you did some work by demonstrating you know which points transfer into which plans and how those plans will work. People will then flock to help.
We just like people to make an effort and then we will flock to help
(And I am not up to speed on Chase and AMEX or I would gicve it a shot.
