600+ United miles for joining BCKSTGR
www.bckstgr.com
Through 1/31/13 earn up to to 600 miles for registering and linking to Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare. My son found this site yesterday - sent me a text that said "Dad, you always like these things where you get miles for free". Very easy to register and to link my facebook, twitter and foursquare accounts - You get 200 miles for each x 3 = 600 miles. I have secondary accounts set up on all 3 for these sort of things. The miles posted instantly into my MileagePlus account - very easy way to extend expiry date by 18 months to July 2014. When registering, you need to give your MileagePlus PIN - I first changed my PIN, registered using the new PIN, received the 600 miles, then changed my new PIN back to the original PIN. There are additional earning opportunites by Tweeting or Liking on Facebook - I did a few as a test, and quickly earned another 110 miles - which again, posted immediately. There is a BCKSTGR thread in the MileagePlus forum where posters say they had delays in getting miles to post - this was back in December - perhaps some teething issues. At the moment, the site seems to be working very well, and a quick miles top up. Enjoy. |
i've done FB last night, miles post very fast
|
I was looking for a quick and easy and free way to bump the expiration date on my wife's and my MP accounts. Thanks for the info!

600+ United miles for joining BCKSTGR
I signed up for this when they first came out, my account is messed up somehow. Got the 400 miles for signing up but afterwards couldn't login, evidentially my MP# is in use but I don't have a registered account with bckstgr ???? I've emailed them 3 times and they never respond. Bleh I want the rest of those miles :(

there was a 400 UA miles a few weeks ago, is it possible to get this 600 miles after gotten the previous 400?

Word of warning: Both myself and the other account I manage received notices from BCKSTGR that our password was changed. I assumed the worst--that they were hacked. An email to all available emails went unanswered. Beware.
Change PIN, sign up for this, link everything, and then change pin back. |

|

|
what's the point of this company, besides earning points?
|
There's no point - their customer service sucks.

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...g-bckstgr.html I had never heard of BCKSTGR or about their previous promo - so thought it would help out others if this were made known on this section of FT. |
I linked facebook and twitter but bonus miles did not get posted instantly as OP said. What did I do wrong?
|
I'm a member but there's no places to use it around here
|
Did this today exactly as explained in this thread.
600 miles posted instantly. Thanks to the OP. |
Thanks OP! My 600 miles showed up instantly as well. ^

400 less miles?
Just what does BCKTGR do? They track your info? I have this company that tracks my info on my cell phone and I get $5 a month for letting them do it. But 1K free miles for literally doing nothing is fine with me. But perhaps I'll change my pin. Heh heh. |
Tried to cancel my account last month after the point posted. There is no way to close an account. Emailed them but they did not do anything.
|
Is anyone else having issues linking their FB/Twitter/4square events to their account?
When I click on Link Now, it keeps scrolling and doesn't take me to any page to link. |
Offer still seems to be on - just did it as I am 300 miles short for something I need, but nothing posted instantly it seems. Hope it shows soon!

7/31/14--Last day to earn FREE United MileagePlus miles from BCKSTGR
There's a service that's been around for about a year or 2 called BCKSTGR. If you sign up for various newsletters [many of which are pretty darned cool] and other services, they give free United MileagePlus miles--- and the miles post quickly--- usually within 24 hours. However they announced that today July 31, 2014 is the last day they're giving free MileagePlus miles.
You won't get enough miles for a free one-way ticket, but a few hundred free miles are always nice. You can subscribe to whatever is of interest and after the miles post unsubscribe: http://bckstgr.com |
I'm signed in to the site, but I'm not seeing where you sign up for newsletters. Where is it?
|
OK, I just signed up for a few newsletters. I hope the miles post. It's still 7/31/14, even on the East Coast.
|
Never got any of my miles for this when I did it on 7/31
I did get 300 miles for "Opinion Miles Club" that I did long after BCKSTGR |
600+ United miles for joining BCKSTGR
Did not see it posted here, I have the email somewhere but BCKSTGR is no longer offering UA miles anymore, probably closing up shop. Did not seem to keep many people interested- I think I only visited the site once or twice, probably the same situation as a lot of people

BCKTGR had a program that grabbed all the information in your account (remember the trivial password thing?) in that same instant. Make that your identified accounts. That was also when you lost your anonymity, such as it was. After which, you changed your password. But this is moot, because the promo is over ... right? |
