Pts/miles xfer to another person
 
Which credit card pts or pts/miles program allos you to transfer pts/miles to another persons acct?

For example spg allows you to xfer but only if same address.

Officially? Most do not allow it. Some do it, but it is against the T&C's.

I know you can transfer points on Thank you point, UR points and Flexpoints

HA miles can be transferred to anyone who has the HA Visa card.
BA also has a family plan where folks living at the same address can combine miles.

There IS an existing thread on this subject & I'll try to find it.

Many people have had issues with transferring UR points.

Club Carlson is unusually flexible in allowing transfers of points. See that thread for more details.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding this...I thought one can transfer for most programs (e.g., SkyMiles, AA or UA points). One just have to pay the transfer fees.

I am a fan of UR transfers - I have done it many times with no problems.. awesome product. I transfer between my wife and me all the time.
