Mile programs with little / no change fees

Was surprised Korean is no change fee for awards (chase sapphire transfer option).

Anyone know of others that are like this? It mentions ANA. Sounds too good to be true, but I'm new to non-US programs besides Flying Blue and BA via Amex.

If they're going to charge fuel surcharges, they might as well make changes free. Awards require flexibility and taking 2nd choices hoping for 1st choices to open up.

That site covers most of the major CC transfer partners (US and domestic).

A3 is 20Euros for a change/cancellation until 30 minutes before departure.

A minor point: The linked page incorrectly describes AA's change policy. AA does not charge for changes made less than 21 days before departure. AA only charges a fee if the new date is less than 21 from the date that the award was originally ticketed.
