Yeah I have only received part of my order. I was expecting weeks to post. Refreshing when things work like they are supposed to huh.

My sky miles posted tonight. I never have seen miles post this quickly. I bought the deal of the day among other things and those miles also posted. It was a great promo, I am already re-selling some of the items on ebay.

I wish they would run something similar for AA. I have never had any luck redeeming anything on delta.

It was up for almost a month, and 35 miles/$ for the month before that. Luckily I was able to take advantage of this somewhat, but was getting ready to make 2 $500 purchases on Sunday and missed out.

If new member, can get more points...
 

My husband just signed up for a Delta account in order to take advantage of this Pet supply offer, and now as a new member it looks like he can rack up more points according to a post on The Points Guy blog

So, my stuff I ordered still had not shipped as of today, so I went to chat and cancelled my order due to the poor service and the buzz of the deal and worn off and figure I was certainly going to have to "pay" a bit for those points.

So, it will be interesting to see if they claw the 20K points back as it would certainly be legit to do so.

I'm just mad because I read that "deal of the day" wouldn't work...and buying anything else was just too much of a hassle to flip.
Oh well.

There's always next time eh? ;)

After I came down from the buzz of the deal, I realized I made a very poor choice as to what to purchase because it is going to be expensive for me to ship the items when i resell them. I'm going to pay a fair amount for these points in the end. But mine already shipped, so I can't cancel :(

I will certainly post if they claw back a cancelled order, but others will need to post on returns.

Again, I will have no hard feelings if they claw them back.

15% restocking fee. ouch.

In YVR I can donate them and get a good tax credit...
The only hassle is getting down to the US to pick the stuff up.

My shipment from PetCareRx arrived with a damaged box. One corner had ripped open about 5". I took photos of the box and they agreed to accept the return with no 15% restocking fee.

I expect I'll lose my points (as well I should, no beef there) but at least I'm not stuck with $500 of impulsively purchased goods!

Wow, PetRx had been a Delta partner for a couple of years, their pts/$ would vary from time to time, but it was usually 20 or 30 miles/$.
Evidently all this publicity and the resulting mega orders caused them to pull the plug altogether- they are now no longer participating in any airline miles program.

yes. Unfortunate. I would have loved to keep getting cat food from them every couple of months.

i'm not surprised. my miles posted the day after ordering. my vet would not give them the prescription details and so the order ended up being cancelled. i kept the miles.

I used these guys for dog food...and United's Mall has 3 miles per dollar for them, I use my united CC so its an easy way to get a few thousand miles for dog food deleivered to my door (at same price or less than Petco).

I returned my large order placed in July during the 40x. Completely expected the points to be taken back, but they have not been. i wonder if they'll stay in my account now that the relationship between Delta and PetRX has terminated?
