Think about Chase INK with 50000 points ($10000 spend) and you can earn more buying amex gift cards from office depot or you can get SPG amex.

$3333 per month isn't much if you're a bit creative.
Amzn payment will take care of $1000/mo.
Pay mortgage thru Chargesmart will be anywhere from $1000-$1500/mo for most.
If no mortgage, no problem, then pay your rent thru Williampaid will also do.
Pay your utilities, insurance, tax, cable, phone, internet, etc with cc.
What about the normal spending such as groceries, dinning, gas, ezpass, etc.
You can also prepay your utilities, cable, internet, ezpass, etc in advance.
If needed just buy some Amex, Amazon or your favorite store gift cards.

all true. I think the problem for some people might be paying off the credit card bills for $10k in 3 months - I know until last year, it would have been for me.

A 2.95% fee is applied when you choose to pay by credit card with Williampaid. Personally, I would rather pay rent with Amazon Payments at no fee (rent is [way] less than $1,000/month).
