Amazing - after outsourcing everything overseas became passe I thought US Airways had oursourced all its phone work to nonhuman Martians! Saves money as nonhumans do not require mandatory employer health care plans.

My bad - I have been informed that some aliens may actually be entitled to Obamacare.:D

I too did PM's with FTG tonight. In my case he was very professional. His PM was very much appreciated and hopefully he felt the same. I understand that it's tough coming up with a new offer every other day. Good luck to all the Bloggers and work those CC companies for some new offers. :)
