Help! Need help planning/booking premium cabin IAH-SYD reward

Hey fellow FTers!

I have a predicament. I would like to travel from IAH - SYD this July (Specifically would like to travel sometime between the 18th-31st), and I need help finding/booking a reward itinerary that can get me there and back in business or first.

Here are the vitals:

-I am based out of IAH/HOU, but I don't mind positioning through LAS, SFO, or LAX (& I don't mind paying cash for the domestic legs of my itinerary too, just would really like to redeem miles for the TPAC portiion in business or first)

-The only airline I have elite status with is United. I'm gold with them.

-My travel window is July 18-31st. Anytime in that window would be fine. I would ideally like to stay 7-10 days.

-I have AMEX plat, AMEX SPG, Sapphire Preferred, Ink Bold, Chase Continental PPlus CCs.

-My point/mile balances are as follows:
-United: 151,000
-Delta: 113,064
-Starwood Starpoints: 36,208
-Chase Ultimate Rewards Points: 125,165
-AMEX Membership Rewards: 37,480
-Choice Privileges: 9960
-Club Carlson: 56750
-Hilton HHonors: 51600
-Hyatt Gold Passport: 2570

I know SYD is notoriously difficult for redemptions so I am humbly calling on the assistance from my FT comrades for assistance.

There is availability with LAX/SFO-SYD in UA F. It requires two domestic short flights getting there, the first of which seems to need to be in Y.

Routing is (Jul 18): IAH-AUS (UA Y), AUS-SFO (UA C), SFO-SYD (UA F)
(Jul 24) SYD-SFO (UA F), SFO-LAX (UA Y), LAX-IAH (UA C). There's nothing on 25+ so maybe you might want to push the 18th back a few days to make for a full trip.
