If you're willing to drive a bit, you can do SJC-LIH and OGG-SJC in business for 50k BA miles round trip. For 200k round trip in business, I don't think you'll find any lower redemptions.

Looks like it may need to be OAK instead of SJC, but still within driving distance.

I just found 4 business seats in late August for this redemption.

AS does not offer Business Class to Hawaii, only First Class and Coach. And a First Class roundtrip between California and Hawaii on nonstop flights will therefore cost 75,000 Avios, not 50,000 Avios.

I believe BA will charge the first class mileage level for this
