hey guyz quick question
 
hey i am so pissed off right now i cant believe they took all my miles has this happen to anyone else? i logon today and everything reset to 0 what is going on is 2012 the end of the world? :confused:

What program are you talking about? Yes, most programs will terminate and you'll lose miles or points if no activity has occurred within XX months or years. Sorry.

As Philemer asked, what program are you talking about and when was your last activity? Did you look at YTD information rather than total?

If you did actually lose miles / points, you must not have earned points in over a year.

Or maybe your EQM's reset as it is the start of a new calendar year? ;)

As Philemer said most programs terminate after a period of time. That's why Adwallet is nice it lets you know when it's coming up. Also some programs take 24 hrs. to reset? It does help if we know what program you are upset with? :)
